Saw a lot of wildlife


​Our two families have enjoyed a wonderful week in your home. Saw a lot of wildlife, fished from the dock, rowed and swam. Our daughter Iris (7) was even able to go horseback riding with Eva, your caretaker. Highly recommend a hike all the way around the lake. To sum it all up, we had a delightful week. Looking forward to next year.

Even more beautiful that expected

What a wonderful home! Our jaws dropped spontaneously when we arrived. The house was even more beautiful that the photos had led us to believe. We skied every day at Hovfjället (never seen so much snow) and went to Karlstad one day. We cleared off a patch of snow from the ice on the lake and made a nice circular skating rink. It was a fantastic winter sport vacation. Thanks for everything; you have a fantastic home in a beautiful place.

We’ve enjoyed ourselves

The first day was immediately a great day. Straight away, Geert and Arie caught a pike and the very same evening, saw 3 elk. We’ve done a lot of swimming and hiking. We had a barbecue on the island in the lake. With everything we could possibly have wished for, the house was outstanding. We’ve enjoyed ourselves.

Viel Badevergnügen

​Wir hatten eine wonderbare Woche mit vile Sonnenschein, mit viel Badevergnügen, mit viel Entspannung, mit paddeln, mit Angerglück (2 Hechte). Alles war noch schöner als wir uns voorgestelt haben. Vielen dank und herzliche Grusse von

​Terrific winter sports

What a beautiful country. It snowed nearly all day the first few days, but from Wednesday, the sky was brilliant blue, with a temperature of minus 23. However no wind, so no problems with the cold. It was a terrific winter week with lots of sports. The house was very comfortable and warm. Nice that there’s a piano there. Not to mention the fireplace and sauna. We’ve definitely enjoyed our time here.

It was super

Hello to the people who live here! It was really nice here. We swam in the lake (it was cold) and rowed, we hiked in the forest – I almost lost my shoe when my foot sank into the mud, but it was still fun. Sorry to say, but your piano needs tuning. And where did you get the skull above the fireplace and that elk skin? It was super here.
